My experience with Guru Gutter Cleaning was great. Marshall was a very courteous young man. Unfortunately, we had to leave not long after Marshall arrived. I would have enjoyed watching the process! The gutters have performed great since the cleaning and I haven't seen any mess in the yard from the cleaning. I'm especially happy to hear that the cleaning is safe for Guru’s employees since they don’t have to climb ladders or get onto roofs! Overall, it was a great experience and a win-win for Guru Gutter Cleaning, their employees, and me. I plan to have them back for our annual gutter cleaning. By the way, I was very impressed with Scott and Marshall’s courtesy and manners both over the phone and in person. I’m sure I’m not the only one to notice - it makes a big difference!

Easy to set up - didn’t need to be home - and did a great job. Have 3 story house making kind of complicated. Will use again and would recommend them to others.

This company was the only company that was able to get the job done within a month. Was very responsive and let me know when they were almost here. I didn't need to be home, and billing was charged to my credit card. The guy used a vacuum to clean my gutters and left no mess.

Unlike most businesses lately, they said they would show up around noon and actually came at 11:50, early!!! Then went right to work and did a great job on my gutters. He cleaned up and when he was finished provided feedback on trouble areas. They did a great job and I will use them again for sure.

Great communication throughout the service. We received both reminder emails and text messages. The technician was prompt and professional. They use a vacuum process that does not impact the house with ladders which were important to us with a freshly painted house. Outstanding from start to finish and would definitely recommend Guru Gutter Cleaning!

Tech was very professional, personable, listened to my concerns, and then upon completion, ensured he had resolved any issues I had had upon his arrival. After the work was complete, there was no debris left on my property, just immaculately clean gutters. I highly recommend Guru for gutter cleaning.

Brief Explanation
What Was The Issue With This Customer's Downspouts?
We assisted this local customer not too long ago, but apparently, they needed us to come back to help them even further.
While we effectively cleaning out their gutters the first time, they discovered soon afterward that their downspouts were equally, if not even more, clogged up as their gutters were.
Instead of using our vacuum system to reach up and then down their downspouts, we decided to rather let gravity do more of the work for us.
We did this by unfastening one small section of their downspouts at the bottom and then putting our suction hose straight into is.
As more and more wet leaves, pine straw and debris began to be sucked down into our industrial-grade shop vac, it soon became easier to clean out the remainder of this vertical drain in no time.
Once we were finished, their downspout was as clear as day and ready to direct stormwater away from this customer's home properly again.

Services Performed: Roof Leaf Removal & Gutter Cleaning Service
Brief Explanation
How Can Roof Leaves End Up Being Harmful To Your Home?
For some of the customers that we've helped out with, their homes needed more than just a thorough gutter cleaning.
While leaves building-up in gutters is certainly an issue, excessive leaf collection on top of roofs can be just as bad in some cases.
Water's meant to flow down and away from your roof. Not pool up and collect all around it.
Having too many leaves on your roof can keep stormwater on top of it longer where it can then stagnant and start to leak into your home.
Luckily though, our one-of-a-kind gutter cleaning methods are just as good at addressing leaf removal on roofs as with gutters.
Give Us A Call Right Now! It's never too late to ensure that your gutters don't get clogged up by your roof leaves anymore.

Services Performed: Church Gutter Cleaning & Debris Removal
Brief Explanation
What Substance Was Mostly Clogging Up These Gutters?
We helped a small congregation in the Cumming area with a long overdue, thorough gutter cleaning for their church building.
Specifically, there were massive amounts of grungy water and asphalt shingle debris that we removed from these gutters.
Contrary to popular belief, even the finest gutter guards have virtually little to no effect when it comes to such fine granules of asphalt that progressively come off of roof shingles
Add a little pine straw and stormwater into the mix and you soon have almost a cement-like mixture of gunk and grime inside of your gutters.
Thankfully though, our From-The-Ground system sucks gutters clean, down to the very last stick and leaf, so we're able to clean out even the most clogged up gutters swiftly & sufficiently.
